"The Grand Hotel is superbly located. As I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted and advised of the location of breakfast and also the times On arrival at my room I was immediately impressed by the amount of space I had and how richly furnished and decorated it was.
The king sized bed was very comfortable and high standard furnishings were provided, along with effective air conditioning. Rooms were serviced daily and bedlinen changed every two days as a standard. The room was immaculately...

"Very social hostel with organized events planned. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, free breakfast, free coffee machine close to the bus station, comfortable places to lounge, staff is super helpful, showers are hot, clean, and good value for your money.
Areas that need improvement: Better communication in how to find the place. Need to mention that it's inside the McDonald's entrance. I kept hearing this explained time and again when it should already be explained in the...

"The room was clean, and the pre-booking system for the spa facilities was very convenient and well organised.
However, the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely difficult to connect, which made the internet service very frustrating to use.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the Wi-Fi issue definitely needs improvement."
