"Hotel is nice and comfortable with good size rooms and nice bathrooms. Location is fantastic - we were one block away from the Christmas markets - literally a 3 minute walk. Also situated next door to The Dome. Nice and pleasant stay in a great area. "

"Room very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows great and coffee replenished and plentiful. Only thing I would say is it is not clear if fridge in room is working. It appeared to be cold one day but not next. Food and service at bar were both lovely."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Victoria Street. I walked everywhere. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. There is an elevator, which is an advantage for carrying your bags. The only thing is that the room felt a bit cold to me, it wasn’t a big deal, but I’m sure they would have fixed it if I had mentioned it. I definitely recommend it."

"Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff situated close to many attractions. Clean, stylish with a great ambience. All reception staff from Zoe who checked us in to Davy who was very helpful with our cases leaving, all staff presented with excellent customer service skills. The pool and gym were also excellent.
