"We loved this hotel! The room was clean and spacious with a nice comfortable bed. Being on the fifth floor, we were very handy for the roof terrace. Breakfast and meals were plentiful and high quality. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. This hotel was aLao ideally situated for us too, right in the heart of everything and handy for the old town and all its shops and restaurants or equally handy for the beach! We will be booking to stay here again!"

"The front desk staff is available only from 9a - 6p and the person we dealt with didn't speak Spanish or English very well. They tried to get us to use our phone translator. They ended up calling someone else to help us on the phone. There was only one power outlet in the room, which is poor for this day and age of cell phones, laptops and pads. Our cover blanket was not clean. We found small red dots on it that appeared to be blood. Location was good. No water or coffee was offered or made...

"Very nice hotel, it eas clean bathroom was good, shower was large and water flow was good. It looks like it is an older well maintained property. The hotel isn't exactly on the beach. There is a street you need to cross as there is another property in front of Iberostar. Once you cross the street you then cross the bike/walk path. Then you are at the beach. Unfortunately for our stay the weather was on the cool side and the ocean was very rough (red flags were in effect). So we really didn't...
