"I needed 2 pack and plays, i know its first come first serve, but when i was told the day of at 4pm that they had none i didn't know what to do... however after texting back and forward the staff was able to find not one but two pack and plays from other locations. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. "

"The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street...
