"Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"One Sky Loft in Philly is an excellent choice! It is a very spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped apartment a few blocks from Old Town and around the corner from City Center, in a great neighborhood close to everything. The apartment has a couple of perks that I have not encountered in other properties such as jet stream shower, washer and drier (with detergent pods provided), fully equipped kitchen, two large flatscreen TV's, a very nice living room with a sofa bed, roomy bedroom with...

"I got a text 30 min after check in and a call almost an hour after check in telling me my room was not ready. the room was clean and ready when i got in at 4 pm. i was then told i couldn't be told why i couldn't be in the room because the authorities would possibly need to be coming because the maid found something. keep in mind i was already checked in and unpacked my things. they they offered another accommodation almost 2 miles away, and i told them I picked this property because I could...

"Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area."

"Hello I had a wonderful stay! The only thing I would say is that there was a distinct odor at this location (maybe from a previous stay) other than that I had a great experience. Thank you for your communication also! "

"Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl"

"Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good."

"Homey, quiet and perfectly located property. Easy to communicate with John. Will definitely be back!"

"The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay."
