B&B in Augusta County

This was a very comfortable B & B about 15 minutes drive from Harrisonburg in a lovely country setting. The hosts were very accommodating and the cabin had lots of character. The silk room was very quaint but did not have any cloths storage facility. Breakfast was at 9-00am and was a set menu (not a buffet), however there was Tea & coffee readily available in the lounge.

Welcoming host in an interesting converted building. There’s not much in the immediate area we travelled out to Staunton to eat which was also a nice town.

We give Steeles Tavern Inn the highest recommendation. Our hosts (Trey and Dana) gave us hospitality that was second to none. Going the extra mile to provide extra early breakfasts and thoughtfully cater for our every need. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and of very high quality, a real home from home. The three course breakfasts menus were exceptional and we enjoyed every minute of our 5 night stay. In every way superb.

Lovely historic group of buildings. Room was cozy and quiet. Lovely big bathroom and comfortable bed Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful Very old tv, picture was fuzzy. Also, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room (you can have a kettle, and teabags on request) but, seeing as there are no convenient stores/supermarkets nearby, it would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the fridge

We arrived in McGaheysville by accident, looking for a place to stay before entering the Shenandoah National Park. We had planned to stay two nights in Cave Hill, and we finally stayed four nights. This B&B is everything one could expect. The house is charming. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is deliciously and prepared each morning by Hannah, the innkeeper. The B&B is located one mile from the main road, sufficiently far to enjoy the silence of the countryside, sufficiently close to get...

Bob and Kathryn were very welcoming to their out of town B&B. Very comfortable accommodation and great cookies available with tea/coffee anytime! Breakfasts set you up nicely for a day of sightseeing and a lovely garden to sit out in - along with comfy sofas inside

Beautiful b & b and so secluded. Crabtree Falls room so atmospheric with log burning stove. Comfortable bed and big room. Bathroom needs updating but all clean. Tasty, simple breakfast. Brenda prepared us a charcuterie board which was very tasty. Honesty bar. Games abound. Outdoor terrace. A beautiful secluded stop off. Would stay again.

Beautiful and charming hotel next to the picturesque vineyard. Have the wine paired dinner, its excellent

Beautiful suite (Roosevelt). Very comfortable bed and wonderful bedlinen. Great facilities such as fridge with waters, wine glasses, ice bucket. In dining room access to coffee, different teas. Matt, the manager was very friendly and informative. We arrived much earlier than scheduled check in but Matt was very accommodating and let us into our room & informed the staff at the neighbouring vineyard we were en route for our late lunch. All in all a wonderful stay and we would gladly stay again....

A lovely stay in a special hotel - staff very welcoming & informative, room was excellent and location perfect

This was a very convenient place to stay as we drove through Shenandoah Park. The room was lovely and we enjoyed eating dinner there. Breakfast wasn't buffet style but more formal so not as much variety as we would have liked. Overall very good place to stay but nothing else much in the town.
