"Our room was clean but had an oder we used air freshener and helped. The hot tub was not well maintained but I reported the issue and staff closed it for repair. The staff were not friendly as reported in other ratings. In fact I needed help and was told to walk the halls and find tge maintenance man. When we checked in the front desk clerk was outside visiting with someone in a car blocking the entrance much to my surprise she followed me in gave me my door cards and went right back outside. Not the greeting most would ask for considering we needed other information but she didn't have time for us."
"Our room was clean. Staff was very polite and efficient and provided us with information about eateries close by that would give us discount because we were staying there. One was conveniently located just across the parking lot! Breakfast was a little light, but we didn't leave hungry. It was a pleasant and safe long-established place, and I am sure we won't hesitate to visit again!"
"This hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. It is located on a main strip, so it’s near the university, shopping, and restaurants. There are no water stations—only ice, so bring extra water. Also, the breakfast menu leaves a little to be desired. I’ve stayed twice, and it was the same each time. Nothing fresh except for a small bowl of waxed fruit. "
"The staff was awesome! From the time we came in the front door until we left, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to accommodate our wishes. The rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The beads were very comfortable. The only negative was that the pool was closed. It would have been nice if that was stated on the website. "
"The staff was friendly and helpful overall. The room that we stayed in was clean, but the door mechanism was not working properly.
The pool/spa area was not clean and appeared to have a film on the top layer of the water. The hot portion of the breakfast was cold, and not cooked fully."
