The member of staff covering breakfast was late, this meant my waiting taxi charged extra and I was late for work. The contract number for the hotel was in Thailand so not convenient and didn't answer. The local communication was good however. "

"Chaînes télé limitées, surface des chambres juste ce qu’il faut, pas la place pour mettre les sacs, salle de bain et toilette ensemble, pas possible d’être malade et de vouloir être propre ! On nous demande si on veut que la chambre soit faite pour 2 jours ? Sinon personnel agréable, réactif lorsqu’il manque quelque chose au petit dej, a réussi à me trouver une autre chambre à un autre étage, petit coin bar agréable. On ne peut pas demander la lune pour 79€ la nuit "

"Heating was important on this trip as I was on my motorcycle and as ever it worked well. Reception staff lovely as ever. Only gripe was I was leaving at 7am and breakfast was not available and nobody was on reception so I had to leave my room key by the door. Overall excellent value for money"
