It starts with the petty gatekeeping of basic necessities. Ask for a bottle of water? You get one—complimentary bottle, followed by a lecture on policy. Need extra cups? You’re told to make do with "whatever is in the room." It is an embarrassing lack of basic care that makes you feel like an intruder rather than a paying guest. Extra hour for check out, 1 min delay, $100. However, the real predatory behavior lies in their "deceptive parking practices". During check-in, they go through the standard motion of asking for your license plate number—a routine protocol at almost any motel or hotel for security. What they "don’t" tell you upfront is that this "check-in" is actually an enrollment into a $20 daily parking fee. When you inevitably question the charge,while checking out, the staff pivots to a rehearsed, robotic defense: "It’s on our website," and "We asked for your license number." Every inquiry is met with the same cold, legalistic script, making you feel like you are at a legal proceeding rather than a hotel front desk. Stay away."

"The room was great, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they had a nice breakfast setup. Wish there was a little more parking but everything else was good!"

"Front person was by themselves but was processing new guests quickly. Parking is plenty just make sure you get you dash pass ao you dont get towed. Room is basic, small tv, small fridge, small microwave. Kinda like a dorm room. Shower pressure is kinda weak but beds had no bugs and mattresses were good enough. For the price and just needing a place the night before a flight it well do. Would not to any extended stay there but for a quick visit its sufficient. "
