"I had requested no housekeeping due to having my cats in the room. I came back to my room from being out to find out HOUSEKEEPING STILL WENT IN!!! so glad my furr babies were safe."

"Amazing place. Sometimes places by the airport can be risky, but not this place. It was a great place to stay. Great staff. Great rooms. Every amenity you’d want, including a full and fun bar area with good food."

"The property is very close to Austin Bergstrom Airport which is why I stayed there. I have stayed there on two occasions. My only concern about the hotel is that both times I stayed there, a handful of homeless people mill around very near the property. It is not the fault of the hotel, but since I have seen it on both stays, I presume these are "regulars" who roam the general area. Besides that, the hotel has been pleasant to stay at."

"The room was clean but very humid even down to the bed sheets. It seemed like the room hadn't been AC'd in a long time since there was a lingering humidity throughout."

"This is a well-appointed, attractive property. The amenities are wonderful - airport shuttle both ways, daily breakfast until 10:00 and a noon checkout time. The suite is quite comfortable but the kitchen sink had old food stuck to it, there were crumbles of what looked like Doritos in the carpet by the bed and a few strands of hair on the shower floor. Kind of makes me wonder how well the other fixtures and appliances were cleaned. The linens were clean, though."

"It was a nice property. Decently priced however having to pay for parking is wild especially at $14 a night."

"I would love to leave a review but the double room that I booked 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE was not available. We did not get in until after 10pm we were exhausted and had no room. Thankfully the young man behind the counter worked hard to find us a room ELSWHERE! Shame on them!"

"Breakfast was below average. Front desk was not very welcoming. Absolutely zero perks. Needed to call down to replenish tissue and toilet paper. No bottled water unless you paid for it. Not planning to stay there again."
