"The elevators weren’t working and I had a brace on my foot and was not accommodated. I was then told I wouldn’t be charged an additional $50 when I was still charged and now having to play phone tag. The front desk attendant who checked me in was nice but the person in the morning was awful. I would have extended my stay however they did not make me feel welcomed nor should I give them more of my business."

"It looked new. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. One thing that always tells me a lot is how well the shower and sink drains. Do they backup and you end up standing soapy water. These DID NOT and is always a positive reflection on how well everything is. The TV was easy and simple to operate. "Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of.
