"The rooms have some wear and tear but that does not deter me from staying there over and over. "

"I was given a room directly across from 3 elevators & I COULDN’t sleep due to all the noise of the elevators. The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them"

"This Bethesda, MD, property is centrally located just above the metro station. More than ample parking space is on site at a reasonable cost. Lobby is spacious and staff are eager to help. Condition of the room, property and plumbing s are very satisfactory. Onsite eateries are of high quality and many eating options are within short walking distances. I will positively consider my next stay at this property in future."

"This hotel was extremely accomadating..definitely will be staying here again...We were comped breakfast and parking for my weekend stay because our reservation wasnt honored but made it up with two King Rooms with additional cots that were more comfortable than the actual King Bed..Amazing "

"The room was clean but or bed felt pretty hard and the shower head is pretty low. Good for one night and we're overall satisfied with our visit."

"The parking facility is very narrow and challenging and for that inconvenience you pay $40 for 8-24 hours. There is no 24 hours pass where you can get in and out without paying for every moment of parking at the facility. They need to improve that part"

"Very old style and outdated hotel. While the lobby looks fine and the outside areas are nice, the hotel rooms don’t seem to have been refurbished at all. Our rooms in the East wing first floor had terrible views of equipment and parking lodge. The bed are very high and the bathrooms and aircon all perhaps from the time the hotel was first built. Overall clean with lots of activity and space for working and having coffee, hotel coffee shop, etc. in the large open areas of the lobby."

"I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...

"Most incredible visit yet our second year or return..we came for FRENCH MARKET DAYS. IT WAS LIKE FIRST TIME BUT EVEN MORE FANTASTIK.. PET FRIENDLY HELL THATS A UNDERSTATEMENT!!! WE WILL RETURN AGAIN NEXT YEAR WILL BE OUR THIRD TIME WERE PLANNING ALREADY !@!"

"Nice and quiet. Small rooms and much older hotel, but some rooms may be bigger if you pay more I’m not sure. It does show some signs of aging but that didn’t bother me at all. The breakfast good quality and all I need. All the options were fairly healthy although they ran out of boiled eggs quick every morning! Free coffee always ready whenever, love that. They also did a free wine hour from 6-7p, which was just nice to have offered. Staff were professional and personable. I probably won’t stay...

"I enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as lobby and restaurant. While the room was clean and offered water and coffee in the room, it was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. I ordered a king size bed and the room barely had room to walk around the bed. It was the only drawback of the experience and something that would make me choose another hotel."
