"L'host molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ha permesso di lasciare lo zaino in struttura, anche dopo il check out, per permettermi di visitare Avanos in tranquillità prima del mio autobus notturno. La struttura è semplice e autentica. La mamma dell'host è una signora con un sorriso stupendo. Parlava solamente turco eppure mi ha comunicato molto accoglienza e dolcezza."

"The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby...
