"The hotel needs à big maintenance and investment. Walls dirty all over the place, needs painting, seems it has not been taken care for years. Lobby with awful couches, old and in bad shape. My room with the windows extremely dirty and also dirty walls and basic cheap furniture. Staff nice , had the opportunity to talk to some employees and agree with me that the hotel needs urgently à big investment."

The room we were in was very tired and in need of plastering and painting and the shower room likewise water leaked from door seals and grouting was needed around tray area. The breakfast was great value at 16 euro per person and the restaurant produced first...

"Location close to Plaza de Espana, but just outside the tourist heavy areas of Seville. Since we had a car, having the connected parking garage was a huge plus. The frig in the room is also a minbar, so space is limited if you want to refrigerate your own items. Shower was good. The whole hotel looked very new and polished (I don’t know if it is new). I would definitely stay there again if I was in Seville."
