"The hotel is beautiful and very well taken care of, everything looks new and it is bigger than what I expected. Our check-in was made by Josh, who was friendly, helpful and polite from this moment until the end of our stay. "We had a road trip across Spain, and this property was definitely one of the best places we stayed at. Very helpful staff. We booked 2br/2b, which was super convenient. It was well thought out, polished and classy. I only wish there was a washer in the room, but it is available on the 1st floor (first come/first serve only 1 washer and dryer €4/€3).
It was convenient to explore nearby attractions (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències) and shop (El Corte Inglés)....

"We loved our stay.... the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff all spoke English, but they appreciated my limited Spanish : )
