"Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!! The food was the usual, scrambled eggs, toast , sausage. Perhaps checking out in a Monday is the reason. We will...

"The mini fridge in the room didn't work and last night had police at the hotel for a issue for a couple of hours which made it uncomfortable and was going to extend my stay but they wanted around 20 dollars more than what i had paid at original check in the hotel is not a 60 or 70 a night hotel more on the line of 40 to 50 a night the say direct tv my room didnt have many channels i can get more on a regular antenna "

"Clean, safe, well kept property. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Our tv needed attention and the staff came immediately to repair it. Comfortable bed, nice to have a fridge and kitchen sink. Good water pressure. "

"When I arrived on Friday evening I was exhausted. I felt like the woman who checked me in was rude but honestly I was probably not a pleasure to deal with. I was already upset because a room that I had previously paid $130 a night for was now over $300 a night with the pet fee. Even on its best day that room is not a $300 a night room. "The food area was extremely dirty and never cleaned for our entire stay! Food quality was poor. Exposed electrical wires were seen in a food warmer. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. The side door fire exit was not operable. I have pictures of the food area I planned on sending to the health department! "
