"Room was clean and nice layout with the extra couch/pull out bed. Bathroom recently renovated and room was nice. Would recommend to travellers in the area, especially if want a place near the airport but still comfortable."

"Pros: Hotel and spaces were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cafe in lobby was open 24 hrs. Close enough to walk towards shops. Cons: Room was small (as expected). Didn’t like that the bathroom door was in the way of the front door when opened. Washroom light wouldn’t turn on all the time, sometimes delayed. Had to request body towels, only hand towels were in the room. Overall it was good. If you need a place to stay for the night for a fair price this is a good spot. I wouldn’t mind...

"There was no hotel lobby. The building didn’t look like how it looks on the advertisement you had to punch in codes that were hard to maneuver and turn handles weird ways to get into the floor where your room was and then into your room there are several people who could not figure it out, including my family. The building has beautiful architecture, but it’s a little rundown, and there was hair in my bed in the bathroom was dingy."

"Staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with, very polite and helpful. Location is excellent, buffet was good, beds were comfy, amenities, etc. everything was great except it smelled really bad in my room, from day 1 to day 4 it’s like something was coming up through the shower. It smelled the same down in the basement where the gym was too. Not sure why but that was kind of gross. Hopefully just temporary. Everything else was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great stay at JAM Hotel in Lisbon! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a really pleasant experience overall. A solid choice if you’re visiting Lisbon—I’d definitely consider staying here again!"

"The staff spoke English and helped us out. Everything was great and area restaurants and stores offered good value for the money. We used the pool once, water was a bit cold and hot tub was out of service. "

"Love the hotel & staff super kind , only issue was we were hoping to use the pool since we booked this place specifically for that reason…. They told us is only open during summer time (even though it was hot ) and that it wouldn’t even be open until 2027 since they are remodeling it. Wish we would of known. Besides this we love the location & it’s great from families, we gave a 2 year old & a 4 year old. We still had a wonderful time!"
