"The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in downtown Palm Springs. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The swimming pool was great with plenty of sun-beds and umbrellas for everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Very cool concept and the property is well maintained (outside). However, the airstream we thought we booked was not what was given to us. I'm assuming you don't get the option to choose the theme although each room listing has different photos. The private mineral bath was the selling point for us but we couldn't even use it once. Ours did not come with a canopy for privacy and shade nor lights for a night time bath. During the day time, the sun was too hot and at night it was too dark to see....

"The property was well maintained, nice and clean. The pool and the spas were very nice. Plenty of parking. The front office and maintenance staff were excellent. My four star rating is in regards to the lack of blackout curtains in the room. We had vertical blinds that let in a lot of light. Also, the noise level was higher than expected I believe due to a lower quality window."

"Great stay! Room was ready early, check in process was super easy. Room was just as advertised and very clean. The entire resort was in pristine condition and had a variety of amenities to keep you entertained. Bonus points for the restaurant on site (The Peak). Reasonable prices. Would stay again!"

"Only two regular chargers for EV vehicles, and if you check in later in evening, whatever car is there is likely there overnight. Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info."

"Room was clean, staff was attentive. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was average. I know the eggs are powdered they were too watery. Maybe have a pan with drainage. "
