Ripped/torn and stained carpets, pool was filthy, and the staff at the front desk and restaurant (aside from Adam) were horrific. Incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The only good thing was we were offered a free upgrade (not sure if it was worth it - only added a couch) and the pools are 24 hours, but under 18 is not (supposed) to be allowed after 10pm, which was not enforced so it’s very loud all night long. Walls are thin so you can hear every conversation around you all throughout the day and night. Food is overpriced and underwhelming. Was told they couldn’t bring cutlery to the room (and even if they could it would cost $5) because they were fully booked and understaffed - I walked down to the restaurant, and there was 2 2tops and 2 customers at the bar. And the bartender, while I waited patiently, barked at me “what do you want?” And cut me off in the middle of speaking to scoff and shake his head saying they were out of a smoothie flavor. And also $8 for a “smoothie” that comes in a frozen bag and doesn’t even fill a 16 oz cup is insane. I could go on for hours but at bare minimum, avoid this place. It was affordable yes but definitely not even worth the “cheap” pricing.
