Khách sạn Desert Hot Springs

"Exceptional place, so quiet, so beautiful and exceptional team, so kind, so calm"

"I have been to this hotel many times. This time I was surprised to see how badly it’s maintained. The first night I didn’t have hot water. I changed room and then there was no cold water. The bathrooms are super dated. The mattress spring was damaged. The front desk staff are nice but unfortunately the owner of the hotel is not spending money on maintaining the property. The location and pools are great. I hope the owner takes accountability to maintain this property."

"The environment is relaxing. There is 1 jacuzzi, 1 pool and a few saunas. The amenities are available 24 hours. They also have complimentary breakfast in the morning (bagels, yogurts, oatmeal) along with coffee, water, tea, and hot cocoa. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would come back again, even if it’s just for the day pass."

"We went there for the outdoor tub, but there was no hot water, just lukewarm water."

"Very quiet. Adult only. Plenty of chairs, tables, and even day beds to lounge around. Nice deco. Large mineral water whirl pool. Owners manage the property. No front desk staff available at night but reachable via phone on emergency (ie. locked yourselves out)😅 Breakfast was OK. Wish more varieties or at least changes from time to time."

"I booked this place For my parents for the weekend, they absolutely loved it ! It was very clean , amenities up to date , room was very clean, kitchen clean bathroom. The staff and owners extremely nice, friendly and attentive. The pool was very well maintained and clean . They would definitely come back again . 10/10"

"It’s was super relaxing! The room was nice and clean! Nice staff! Wonderful friendly environment! "

"Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional"

"Check in very easy and Damaris (receptionist) very nice."

"Im over it."

"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
