"Hotel is a bit aged, and unfortunately we received no room service during our two night stay. However it is conveniently located near to all the shopping at Sawgrass Mills. "

"Clean spacious well equipped room. Comfortable bed, good size kitchen facilities. At the price point , breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Little front desk treats were a nice touch. Only improvement were number of towels were less than number of guests. Location is straightforward and easy of getting to Sawgrass etc but if looking for somewhere in the hub of sunrise, this is a little off the hub. "

"The entire place is over-rated. Waiting in long long just to check in and then got sent to another line to get a parking pass. Room was very clean and nice, however, the mattress was terrible (we both sunk towards the middle of bed). We were out late second night and had to park at least 50 yards away from the entrance to the building as no spots were available any closer. "Apart from the gym being very basic, I was happy with everything else, especially how they treat pets. "

"The room was clean shout out to them. the front staff all the men were nice and friendly and the one lady checking in the other women night staff all had attitudes but worst off all no WiFi for three days unacceptable especially for persons traveling out of country. There was no way to keep in contact with family and no apology given no estimate time staff acted as if it was normal "

"This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service "

"HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I travel a lot and This was the worst resort experience I have ever had. They missed it completely! The check-in process was a nightmare, it took almost 1 hour after a very long day - I had my grandma and she fell asleep in their lobby. Then we didn't get the rooms we paid for.
