Wir wurden mit all unseren Fragen gut beraten, wurden immer gut bedient und behandelt und das Personal ging gern auf unsere Wünsche ein. Besonders hilfreich war das Personal während eines Krankheitsfalls. Die Rezeptionisten und das Sicherheitspersonal organisierten und halfen beim Transfer in ein nahegelegenes Krankenhaus. Eine rundum gute Erfahrung."

"Our room was very clean, the staff was helpful and let us check in a few hours early for free, and the food at the restaurant was great! The location is nice - you can walk to the Tunjungan mall in less than 5 minutes, and walk to Alun Alun in about 10. "

"This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this. All in all a positive experience."
