"全てが素晴らしいホテルでした"

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Bromo. The location did not disappoint. We got to visit Bromo by foot rather than stuck in the crazy jeep traffic. The views from the room are great. However, the service is lacking. We wanted to get a coffee to go at breakfast and were told we were not allowed. The price for the jeep excursion is overpriced. "Good location and family-friendly."

"綺麗で良かったです。洗面所、トイレだけは狭い上に扉の位置関係で若干使いづらかったです。朝ごはんは非常に良かったです。"

"Zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet."

"The staff are exceptionally well trained, very hospitable and made us felt really welcomed"

"The friendliest and most helpful group of staffing. Thank you so much for exceptional customer service"

The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain. Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...
