"We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. "Property was gorgeous and the staff were all very friendly. Bathroom was very luxurious and well room well appointed. Overall great stay, with one hiccup. Apparently when we checked in someone was supposed to ask if we wanted a down or down-free room. Unfortunately, they dis not. When we finally were exhausted, in our PJs and ready for sleep, I layed down to an extremely comfortable bed. It was fantastic, until my allergies kicked in soon after. "The hotel was pretty good. When I was there they never refreshed my hotel room. I was staying there for two nights and room service didn’t come in and refreshed my hotel room."

Shower faucet was pretty loose, parking was non existent, they served instant coffee in the rooms, and water tasted like algae. Other than that it was great. Neat room. Staff were wonderfully helpful. I didn't eat there so I cant speak on the food."
