"Outstanding service levels and very convenient if you're going Cheshire Oaks or even Chester Zoo. Stayed with my family for 1 night and given it's a Holiday Inn, I have zero complaints and would definitely use this hotel again."

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately there was zero hot water so both my daughter and I had the joy of a freezing cold shower in the morning. "This hotel was an excellent place to stay staff very polite and helpful, rooms spacious and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent but was very busy at 9am on Sunday morning so we had to wait for the food to be replenished. Plenty of parking on site, very competitive prices on the drinks."
