"The photographs of TIA on the website does do justice to the ambiance, serenity and hospitality that envelopes the reality of the TIA experience. We had a fabulous time. "Outstanding in all facets. Staff were fabulous, location is excellent and the overall standard of the hotel was exemplary. If I was being picky, the refrigerator was not cold at all. But free buckets of ice could be delivered to the room free of charge - so no real issue. Would DEFINITELY stay here again."

"This hotel was modern and clean with a futuristic feel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. We ate at the restaurant on 4th floor while we waited for our room. The food was delicious with western and Asian fusion. The breakfast Buffett was extensive and offered a variety each day. The rooftop pool was beautiful and relaxing with plenty of seating. The beach is across the street with Maia restaurant and bar located directly across. The greenery on the outside was unique and made our hotel easy to locate among a row of concrete and mirrored glass. It gave a very calming feel. We will definitely stay there again and can’t wait to!"

"One of the most amazing hotels we ever stayed at, with a beautiful beach. We received a room upgrade for a Lagoon pool view room, which felt like an oasis in the jungle, with beautiful views. The room itself was beautifuly decorated, very large with a great bathroom and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. The main pool had incredible views. Breakfast was nice, with lots of options. Would return in a hear beat."

The daily massages had a wide range of options my wife could chose from and she loved every day. The food was amazing. Both the included breakfast and the reseraunts on site.
