"Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. TV options were good, smart tv. Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room."

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...
