"The food wasn't that great, especially when it comes to local food. For a 5 stars hotel, it was not well maintained. There was mildew everywhere in the shower. This is horrific for a hotel that is less than 2 years old. The room service staff are incompetent and not well-trained. It appears the rooms are cleaned according to local standard. When I checked in, they didn't even vacuum or mop the floor. Everything feels so packed in this hotel due to the small real-estate size. After staying at the Sheraton for 4 nights, I've decided to try to see if there is something better in the same vicinity so I booked the Hilton Saigon for 4 nights. To my disappointment, it was more expensive and can't match up to the Sheraton standard. I would definitely not come back to the Hilton Saigon. Other than the view, the Hilton has nothing to offfer that can beat the Sheraton."
