"The lobby and first floor looked nice, and the staff was friendly, but that’s where the positives ended. This was supposed to be a four-star hotel, yet it felt more like a four-star motel. "VERY small and old rooms. Towels smelled awful. Dingy carpets. Zero functioning amenities. Staff was very unhelpful. Called the front desk at 11 pm to ask for help with the streaming service and was told, "It's late. Call back in the morning." The only redeeming quality was the location. I wouldn't have such a negative impression of the hotel if it was rated two stars but it was rated as "exceptional" and that is 100% inaccurate. Holiday Inn Express vibes at best."

"Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location."

"Super easy check in on the 2nd floor, staff was all amazing. I saw a bad review about the small rooms but honestly it was perfect for myself and my boyfriend we loved the room it was so vintage and beautiful and clean. we were only there to sleep so the size doesn’t matter. the bed was comfy, shower was big and easy walking to everywhere. "Lobby is clean for the most part. Thank goodness for the pastry restaurant nxt door. The reviews that I read on this venue were obviously false or I would hv stayed nxt door. If ur looking for cheap and down town this is it. No amenities except clean towels. There was clearly mold growing somewhere in the bathroom u could smell stronger and stronger everyday. Very small rooms yet u could see the fireworks at night at the lake from room 910 if that matters. Windows were rusted not sure air...
