we stayed for 1 night on new year's eve. the location was perfect for our itinerary. we were able to walk to millennium park, maggie daily park, michigan avenue and fireworks at midnight along the river walk. the hotel was decorated beautifully. i definitely would stay again

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and decked out to the nines for the holidays! Would have loved a bar fridge we could actually use for our 8 day stay (it’s limited to the expensive mini bar items and you can’t remove to put your own food/drinks in) and mugs that actually fit the full cup of Nespresso coffee from the maker (made a mess overflowing every brew), but overall a great stay in a comfortable and spacious room. Thanks again, Fairmont!

Overall the property is very clean and kept up nicely. Very polite & over the top doormen & front counter staff. My only gripe is not being able to get a decent night of sleep either of the nights we were there. Beds were not the best & the pillows were flat enough to be considered thick sheets.
