"Good hotel to stay in Baddi"

"1. I had confirmed room booking. Reception said that rooms are not available. Room given had heavy odour of smoke. 2. Wifi was not operational. "

"Good staff good breakfast nice room"

"Very good!"

"Amazing"

"It was a great stay"

"Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that"

"View of the town and sense of history was great"

"Our stay at Baikunth Resorts, Kasauli, was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. . The service never felt mechanical or routine; there was a sincere effort from the entire team to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Another aspect that really impressed us was the management’s evident interest in maintaining the property and preserving its character. Baikunth is spread across an amazing seven-acre...

"great place in a serene and calm location away from the hustle-bustle, nice view, very helpful host, very convenient. Would be visiting soon again."

"feel like home in this place. The place was very clean and the staff was always very helpful. I hope more people could have this experience. Thank you King Palace Hotel!!"

I was a little flustered and mentioned how I just booked through Expedia and shouldn't they know the internal codes. He somehow makes it sound like I made some error and need to explain...

"The location and view are excellent, especially the sunrise, which was probably the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room were very disappointing. The mattress was completely torn at the bottom, and we were given a used, dirty towel. These are basic things that should not be overlooked, especially considering the price being charged. For the amount you pay, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The property definitely needs to improve...
