I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."

Nice people in reception and at breakfast. 12 minutes walk to S-bahn. Biggest disadvantage was a slow and erratic internet that made Zoom-meetings almost impossible. Would be glad to return if the internet was improved, as it is now, I cannot recommend to anyone who needs internet."
