"This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. We arrived ready to leave our luggage and our room was ready so we get to check in at 1pm instead! I think we were just lucky but it was nice they let us in. The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t...

Besonders gefallen hat uns die natürliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – einfach top! Auf jeder Etage gibt es kostenlos Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure – ein großartiger Service. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und großzügig, die Betten bequem. "Allt var toppen, mycket orginellt och trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal. Utnyttjade bastun och dammen att bada i, helt magiskt. Tyvärr var restaurangen inte öppen på kvällen. Fick en underbar frukost (betalas separat)."

"We arrived early for the check in but spoke to a lady who gave us the code for the door. Our self check in info was not received properly so we needed present a copy of a passport but not having an internet connection on the street we were able to get is sorted out inside the building. The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities required to cook our meals. The Hotel was conveniently located to transportation by either subway or buses. I would stay at this hotel again."

"Gute geführtes und sauberes Hotel. Auch die niedrigste Zimmerkategorie ist gut und hat ein schönes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parken ist teuer, das kann man zumindest am Wochenende besser auf der Straße. "

"I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall."

"It had everything we needed. Clean, warm, comfortable bed. Within a couple of mins walk to the S line and Berlin central. There was a great bakery next door, a supermarket, and to eateries with a 2 min walk. Oh and free on street parking."
