"The room looked good. Except the toilet bowl, looked luke it needed a cleaning. The hallway on the 6th floor was hot, but room was good. I had the keys demagnatize about 5 times and being on 6th floor sucked having to cone back down."

"The only issue I see was the staff, on two different occasions in the dining room. They were rude to the customers. The bartender was loud and made rude comments about a customer with the bar full. I understand that you are supposed to make your customers happy but not at another one's expense."
