"Quiet and comfortable."

"Great property and staff. Highly recommend!"

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"i can’t praise this enough. From start to finish, this stay was amazing. The building is stunning and literally 10 minutes away from the station and the museum that houses David. the welcome at reception on our arrival was incredible and we felt instantly at ease. we had two adjoining rooms as we were a family and it worked brilliantly. our rooms were huge and had such a warm feel about them. the beds were comfy and it was spotlessly clean. We spent the day doing tourist things and at night...

"We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!"

"No recomiendo este alojamiento. Muy deficiente en limpieza y en mantenimiento general. Nada recomendable"

"Right across the bridge from the city center. Walked to most sites. Close restaurants. Reasonable price large space."

"Personale gentile, struttura ottima"
