"This was located in a perfect location for exploring San Marco Square. We had a magical time here! Only complaint is that the main bed was really two twin thin mattresses put on top of a metal cot frame, so they weren't the most comfortable beds. Apart from that everything from check-in to check-out was excellent! The apartment size was excellent for our family of 4. We loved having a small fridge to store drinks in. We also appreciated how quiet it was. The portable AC was also powerful!"

"Staff communication was excellent. The unit is located above the stores in Duomo, but I received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before check-in with a video of where to find the entrance to the hotel. Any questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp."

"Due to some last minute snafus, I had an 11 hour layover at the Rome airport, overnight. Needless to say I was not looking forward to that. I was able to book this hotel online just minutes before departing Spain. It's only 4 km from the airport. My arrival in Rome was just after their front desk closed, so I was disappointed to hear I would have to do a self service check-in.
