"The room was clean. The was pleasant. Breakfast consisted mostly of pastries. We traveled as a group of four and the seating for breakfast was challenging to eat as a group. The location to city central was good. There was no place to gather to play games or cards in the evening. The rooftop seats were a plus. Our room could use some attention as the toilet flush button stuck and the toilet seat was loose. Very limited space to unpack and store items as we stayed for a week. Just have...

"Overall experience with this hotel was ok. It’s my first time in Florence so I’m not sure what other hotels are like. But this one is a lot better than what I had in Milan and cheaper. The room is quite spacious. Bathroom is a bit awkward but it’s ok. A lot of the things in the room are very basic but I guess if you want to experience the authentic Italy apartment, this can be the one. "Beautiful property excellent location easy check in process although WiFi is really spotty. Had issues throughout stay. Breakfast included was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay again."
