"Air Conditioning in our first room did not work well room was very warm at night . Room 71 . Need to ask to lower the temperature below 23c . Second room was better Room 75 needed to ask to change rooms , but the fan speed is not adjustable in both rooms . Room was clean with good views ."

"They manage several properties, website show pics from different properties but that doesn’t mean that this what you get. For example I got a room without a balcony , 15 minutes from down town with only one bathroom, the area felt unsafe. Furniture looked nice but was not durable for example one bed broke once my son set on it, several chairs and the coach made sounds that made my kids uncomfortable to use. The initial communication was good and they came and fix the bed within 30 minutes but I...
