In fact, this was the highest price we paid for any hotel during our European vacation, yet it was not the nicest hotel we stayed in. "Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"
