"Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour. "We stayed here Oct 2025 w family of 4 adults. I can tell you what a main spot we were at I couldn’t believe this location! The view of all the statues and fountains was literally out our huge windows. The room was huge and high ceilings. The only complaint was the bathroom sink was a small pedestal sink with absolutely no cabinet to put a thing down to dress yourself. 2 Tiny glass shelf’s. The shower was just ok.
