"We stayed here for the weekend during June and it was wonderful. While it was a bit tricky to find, the host met us at the door with a huge smile and helped us with our bags as we entered. I had emailed to see if there was parking at the hotel and was given three different parking garages to choose from for our stay. "Pros: good amount of space, good location. Security was good, safe area. Cons: No laundry - we were under the impression it was on the ground level. Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message.
