"This property was GREAT! We were only in Florence for 2 nights so we needed something reasonably priced & centrally located, this was incredible. So clean, so helpful & so kind. Reception even called us a Taxi to the train station!"

"Great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very nice. The bed was comfortable, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hotel is very centrally located, surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet the room was still quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location cannot be beat imo. The rooms are super comfy and spacious. My friend had a room with an incredible bridge river view. Just a wow. My room had a soaking tub which was great. The elevators are tiny and slow and the stairs are the kind that leave you breathless but such a small quibble. Staff is exceptional : helpful, smiley, efficient. Breakfast up on the top floor with outside terrace is A+. A wonderful option for a stay in Florence."

"Awesome staff and location. It was a little noisy at night but not too bad especially considering it’s great location. Pillows were thin for us and the sheets were rough. Other than that it’s a 5 for me. "

"Hotel incrível, grande, com drinque ja na chegada e concierge muito prestativo. Solicitava água direto no whats e em poucos minutos ja traziam no quarto. Ficava pertinho de todos os pontos turísticos da cidade podendo fazer tudo a pé. Adoramos a estadia!"
