"This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. "We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan."
