"Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email...

"Booked one night with my partner due to a flight delay, location is convenient proximity to the airport, room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfect, definitely a highlight! Staff were also nice and welcoming. "

The room was clean, and spacious with very comfortable bedding. The breakfast in the morning was top notch with an excellent selection of tasty food. The front desk staff greeted me by name when I came down and asked how my stay was. While walking out of my room even the house keeping staff asked how I slept, if I ate breakfast...

The front desk attendant who checked us in the evening we arrived was very friendly and helpful and so was the breakfast room staff.
