I truly don't understand why this hotel has a lot of good reviews. It is definitely overrated from my point of view. First of all, tray charge is €8.50 for room service no matter what you order. The room service guy we called didn't tell us about the tray charge and charged us directly when serving ...

Our room was clean upon arrival and all staff were very professional and freindly. The hotel is in a great location and close to Bolhao Market, Sao Bento Railway Station and Dom Luis I Bridge to name a few locations. We also had a three course meal at dinner, which was 10/10.
