"Good trip with the family, quality of food needs some work "

"Food was lovely, especially the Mexican cuisine! Morning hand pressed tortillas were so lovely. Beautiful fresh fruit, juices, baking and salads everyday. Truly a privilege to spend time here. Beach was pristine, pools were impeccably cared for and the staff were amazing. Everyone works so hard, 12 hour shifts in the heat wow. I could not be more grateful. Drinks and food are brought to you, if you wish, at the pool and beach with staff always checking in to see if you need anything. Brenda and Javier were so kind as were all those working. Loved seeing all the iguanas and birds too! My room was lovely, the view was breathtaking. I had a private jacuzzi on my deck as well as a buffet that was changed throughout the day on the 7th floor. Just amazing. I came feeling tired and burnt out and left feeling cared for and refreshed. As a solo traveller I felt safe and so content. Huge appreciation for the staff who again just work so hard and deserve massive credit for all they do. I don’t often do resorts but I would highly recommend to anyone. It would be great to have an ATM onsite as it’s so important to tip staff and one is quick to run out of pesos! Or a small shop for things like sunscreen or basic necessities. There are shops a quick uber ride away though so all good, certainly nothing to complain about! Wonderful time. Sending lots of gratitude from Vancouver Canada!"

"Great Hotel. Would stay here again "

"we stayed for 2 weeks in a studio, double bedroom. Overall, it was a good stay but there were a few things I would want to point out for management. Pros: friendly, helpful staff. Great food selection at the buffet, location to the beach, safe community. Cons: room didn't have any towel racks, shower water went from scalding hot to freezing without warning. Location was farther than anticipated from PV and cost $40 CDN for a taxi. Activities: not alot of variety and nightly entertainment usually lasted 30 minutes and then super quiet after 8:30pm. kids club was supposed to be geared towards 4-10 year olds but my 9 year old said it was for little kids. Teen area (11-18) had a room with table tennis, video games and a pool table. It opened up to adults for like an hour each night. Overall, it was a good experience but I wouldn't go back for more than a week"

"this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. "

"Incredible Don’t come for the party. Come for the relaxation. Very nice resort. No buffet but top notch food at three restaurants. Don’t come if you like plain food as the food is “fancy” Staff are just incredible. Your needs are met everywhere. Our concierge, Angel, was fabulous. He made our reservations and made sure everything was just right. All staff were great but Rodolfo was a stand out for us The roof top deck with infinity pool are amazing. The views and food are so good up there. Excellent beach service. Delicious guacamole and mango margs"

"Room was nice, beds were nice, the food was decent, the location is nice. Shout out to Carlos the cart driver. He high fived our kid every time he saw him and was generally really warm and hospitable. "
