We visited during the shoulder season, so the ski lifts weren't operating, and the restaurant was temporarily closed for deep cleaning. Despite these limitations, Monique, the wonderful front desk clerk, went out of her way to ensure we still had a memorable experience.
Rather than simply explaining what wasn't available, she focused on what she could do to make our visit special. She even took the time to give us a tour, making us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
