"Power was out. Not hotel responsibility, but it appear that it is a regular issue that has not been dealt with. I watch utility repair one of the fuses to transformer that the ceramic insulator was black from burn. Was told there was a second fuse blown, but by next morning, still no power. Our party had one room no power or ac. I had ac but no bathroom, tv, or refrigerator power. The refrigerator defrosted and had water on the floor throughout the evening and early morning. "Pros: Convenient parking, spotlessly clean rooms, spacious for families. Very quiet at night—great for sleep. Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi signal. Once the hotel is full in the evening, the internet only works near the door and is virtually non-existent inside the room."

"The Omni resort is very impressive. The pool area and amenities were great. The shuttle service to bring you around the property was very convenient. Our room at the Villa though was very tired and in dire need of some updates (flooring, bathroom fixtures, sliding door, patio area, etc). Other than the room itself, everything else we experienced was top-notch."
