"The check in went smoothly and the staff was very pleasant. The property overall is more like a run down apartment complex than a resort."

"Overall stay was great! Only complaint was there were no coffee cups provided for the coffee maker and the air conditioners were a little tricky to figure out. Very minor issues…would still recommend this place to stay in Moab!"

"We enjoyed our ground floor room that was so close to both the beach and pool. The layout of the room was different in that the master did not have an en suite bathroom but other than that we had a wonderful time on the property!"

"Everything was nice. It was an enjoyable stay. Only one thing Id have changed, is that the room with the bunk beds should have been done as nice as the master. There should be a dresser or a place for clothes, a fan amd a TV."

"The place looks great in the photos which show panoramic ocean views. Our room had no view. They make a big deal out of it being pet friendly with special quilts just for dogs. Our room had a couple of throw rugs which seemed out of place. We wondered if they were added to cover accidents left by friendly pets. The furnishings were in the cheap side."

"I would have given a total of 5 stars, but the only thing that prevented that was the beds. The beds in my opinion were super uncomfortable. Location is perfect, the room was indeed clean, the pool was nice but the beds could definitely be more comfortable and the bed frame is self was kind of wobbly and loose such as the coffee table as well. The “front office” seemed like a ghost town I’m not sure who “the staff” really were. With that being said I paid $645 for 2 nights which isn’t hateful....
