"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"The building's air conditioning system was out of service due to damage, yet we were not informed of this serious issue before or during check-in. We stayed in a corner room on the top floor on July 3 and 4, and the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements. It was very disappointing that the hotel failed to communicate such a significant issue to its guests."

"The lobby and bar/restaurant was extremely hot. Rooms were ok but we literally had about 18 inches to squeeze into the shower. Shower door was blocked by part of the shower wall and did not open out. No way a large person could fit. We are small/medium size people and had to go in sideways. Never saw something like it!"
