"장백산 못지 않게 좋았던 호텔입니다. 체크인할때 직원분이 너무 친절하게 해줬고 설명도 잘해줬습니다. 배정받은 방도 너무 좋았어요. 바깥공원도 좋아보였는데, 출입구 찾기가 어려웠어요. 조식은 그런데로 괜찮았어요. 그 외 식당은 기대보단 별로였습니다. 전체적으로 괜찮았던 호텔입니다. "

"The room was too hot the entire stay and we had to keep asking for towels etc for our daughter who was in the room with us. Other than that, it’s a good hotel, well located and with lots of inclusions. "

"Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt."
