"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions
Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent.
Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. The privacy was also compromised, as the bathroom...
