"Really great stay. Great private beach. Nice pool and jacuzzis. Food was ok, but it's close to Dorado which has excellent food."

"The room not ready on time check in is 3pm arrived at 6pm and wait half hour more for give me clean room. The parking is to far to the hotel at the night not feel safe."

"The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days."

"The hotel itself was just horrible from the fact that we got there at 4 o’clock for check-in and did not get our room until almost 6:00 PM. When we went up to the room there was mold, bugs, staining on the carpet, holes on the couch, the furniture was old and the building needed updating. The thermostat would not go lower than 71. The TVs are old. Everything is outdated the calcium buildup on the shower head, the bathroom, just being clearly outdated, the whole room being outdated. The light...

"Beautiful historic hotel built in 1530’s. Safe with locked front door, kitchen amenities, and you have the gorgeous streets of Viejo San Juan right when you step outside. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it! "

"Front desk agent weren’t friendly or inviting. Our room was above the Main Street and we had 3 night of no sleep because we could hear motorcycles, cars, people, trucks, you name it. Gym was unequipped. The levent restaurant was the only thing we enjoyed. The staff was incredible there. "

"Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return. "

"This hotel is OLD!!! needs everything updated, the room layout is ridiculous, the closet, fridge and coffee maker is inside the bathroom, the house keeping is bad… the pool area and beach are fine, there’s not room service or food options other than a pool bar and the hilton across the street. I don’t think l will be coming back and it’s way to expensive for the value you get"

"The rooms are horrible all of the carpets needs to be removed it is too much moisture the halls and the rooms reek of mold! I do believe the hotel is well aware of it that’s why they have those drying machines in every corner. There was never no washcloths and towels available. The ticket machine to go in and out of the property by car didn’t work all the time it was a hit or miss.. it was annoying to stop at the front desk each time leaving the property. Staff did the best they can, couldn’t...

"Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan "
