"My wife and I had a fantastic experience celebrating her birthday. I would like to give a special mention to Shivani who was very warm and welcoming character.
Additionally I would like to give a special mention to Vivek. I think he needs to be fast tracked to management and is an invaluable member of your team.

"Because of an issue with the wing where I booked they upgraded me and put me on half board option. It was truly appreciated and the facilities are awesome."

Pour nos 30 ans de mariage, petit déjeuner sur la plage offert et pour notre dernier jour, nous avons pu libérer la chambre un peu plus tard. Les dîners sont excellents, thème différent chaque soir. Pour ceux qui aiment le snorkelling, beaux...

Massage dans un lieu très propre, du personnel extrêmement gentille, sympathique et agréable. Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur.
Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar.

Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Lux Gran Baie. We stayed for a week at the resort and received an excellent service and careful attention from all staff both for room and food service.
