"Really good location with ocean views which is definitely a plus and the bar downstairs is a great vibe. The decor is dated but in a cool, retro way, however the building is very old so there is absolutely no sound proofing and with live music at the bar until midnight it’s quite disruptive, I could hear every word of my neighbours tv show. Bathrooms are also a bit run down. Probably a bit pricey for what it is."

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained.
The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way
THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT.
The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt.
THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front.
Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for.
Found the staff short & poor communicators.
Would not stay again."

"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views.
Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as...
