"The suites were clean, new and comfortable. Everything was great except the exterior lawn care. First impressions are important! If we had not visited and saw the rooms previously, we might not have stayed. We were there 3 days and on the 2nd afternoon they mowed. "It was very busy this weekend so I understand staff having challenges, but when we arrived no one was available to check us in at 7pm so not super late and calling 0 like the sign said rang and rang and rang until we gave up. The room smelled like smoke, but was otherwise not bad. The bathroom appears to have had some water damage but they just painted over so the wall looks like it might be decaying. "We stayed from July 1st to the 5th. Everything was perfect when we arrived. When we tried the television it wasn’t set up properly. We received help; management came and the only way we could use it was to have 2 remotes. We had trouble several times and had to call. Management was never able to set up with one remote. "Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again."
