"This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. "The property needs TLC. Rusted towel racks, mold in the grout in the shower and the floors were also a little dirty. The towels were old and needs to be replaced with new ones. The breakfast was standard and bland. The area was nice."

"Expedia had such a great price that I booked the king Suite. We had a fairly large sitting area with a couch, desk coffee table and large tv. We also had a floor to ceiling window. Our bedroom was totally separate from the rest of the suite. Large closet and comfortable bed. The best part was the indoor pool. My son and I loved it."

"Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed."

"Other than the wasp nest under the back entrance awning, the place was pretty good. From the outside it looks a little bit older. The inside was surprisingly renovated, and the beds were really really comfy. The shower was amazing as well. Breakfast was minimal. Not impressive at all. Coffee was mediocre."

"Our stay was good overall. The only issue we experienced was that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer after 8:00 p.m. As a result, I had to leave the property and go to a laundromat to wash my son's baseball uniform for his game the next day. It would have been much more convenient if guests had access to the laundry facilities later in the evening, especially for situations like ours."

"First off there are two elevators but if the two only one is working....otherone has been down for about two months. .. of 3 ice machines only one works and no washer and dryer and pool can use some TLC....I'm used to the brand but this location seems to be sinking and falling apart."

"Was fine for a quick overnight stay, dark hallways freaked out my 8 year old and the bathroom was on the small side but other than that it was ok. Bed was comfy but had an annoying beeping from the outlets next to my head all night. Breakfast was good, stay closed the doors right at the time breakfast was supposed to be over so they could get their cleanup done. You can tell that this is an older hotel in the process up updating."
