Wonderful stay

Stay was great. Location was convenient. Place was clean and smelled wonderful. Personnel was awesome, especially Melissa and Alexis. It was a late checkin and Melissa was extra helpful upon checkin. If I have to go through Canton again, this is where I would stay.

Stayed here twice. Hotel is newish and clean. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable, made up with white linens.

This was my second stay at this great hotel. I feel it's the cleanest ones around and the free breakfast has a larger variety than most places that I have stayed. Both times I've had to call on management for help for a problem that was completely my fault and they were quick to come to the rescue. I will definitely return to this one for my next stay in Canton.

Keeping the New Hotel Shine

Excellent stay. All of the staff was professional and we’re looking out for the guest experience. We ran into someone mopping the floors twice and both times there were very helpful in making sure we didn’t slip. The hotel was clean and well kept. So many times hotels quickly fall off from their new shine but you could tell they’re not letting it happen here. We will be back in a few weeks to see family again and plan on staying here again.

A great stay!

This is a brand new hotel! It is so nice and clean, and esthetically pleasing! I can tell they were short staffed and quite busy due to weddings, but they handled it like Champs! The manager was all over the place helping in any way he could and I was impressed with that! The breakfast area was very busy and ran out of food items quickly, but the staff were working very hard to replenish everything! We would definitely book here again, but unfortunately will not have a need since we were only in town due to a birth of our grandbaby at Northside Hospital! But if for some reason we need to be in Canton again we would book it for sure!
